Small Company

With 18 years experience in various aspects of the construction business, Jim Yeatts has worked in roofing, metal fabrication, demolition, carpentry, custom woodworking, and as a project manager for an upscale renovation contractor. He has worked the part of the job where you get your hands (and the rest of you) very dirty, and he has worked the part where you stay pretty clean and carry a clipboard.

Having set out on his own in 2006 with the birth of reveal, Yeatts wanted to be able to keep getting his hands dirty but also to be responsible for the entire job at hand. In a position to both manage and work on the project, he is able to ensure that the work is done right and the client is pleased, without being chained to a clipboard and with a few less meetings.

As a Class A General Contractor, reveal can be your one point of contact for the project. When we need help or special skills, we have a network of trusted subcontractors to call upon. We can arrange, schedule, and contract the carpenters, plumbers, electricians, masons, etc. that it takes to complete your job. If you already have a preferred roofer or plumber, we are glad to work side-by-side with your trusted craftsman.

Reveal generally only takes on one large project at a time. We stay focussed on the job at hand and ensure continuity and communication from first contact to the final nail.

We know our clients, and they tend to come back to us and recommend us to friends and neighbors. When you call or email reveal, you will talk to the same person the 2nd and 5th times as the 1st time that we are in contact. We will know your project, your goals, and your concerns. We will not have to "see what the manager says" or "check your file".
